Technology products are everywhere. Mobile phones, cameras, high-definition LCD TV and computers surround us and we use them all the time. Unfortunately, choosing and buying a technology product is tough: too many buzzwords, too many models, too many shops and so few people willing to explain things clearly.

Personally, I have always been a technology enthusiast. I love reading about and trying the latest gadgets. I love to help people decide what to buy. This is how I got the idea about ThreeBags: a recommendation website with seven categories of products (from mobile phones to LCD TVs) and three recommended products per category: one basic, one value and one prestige model.

I was able to negotiate with some well-known companies, who are now partners, to offer discounts to those buying some of the products recommended on ThreeBags (just click on the Get Your Discount button and you will receive a discount voucher by email.) Our partners are:

I want to be 100% clear about the revenue stream for ThreeBags: the only income we make is when a partner gives us a commission when one of their products is bought by a ThreeBags visitor. Notice that there are no advertisements on ThreeBags. My evaluation criteria for recommending a product are features, design, availability in Mauritius and price. More precisely, ThreeBags does not receive any money from any partner to recommend their specific products. As a matter of fact, the list of recommendations is not restricted to products from partners.
